Week 9, Day 2:

Well, technically this is week 10, but last week I did absolutely nothing related to flowers so I think it doesn't count!
Since spring is really here now,  I wanted to make a fun bouquet, something you would give to a friend for an exciting occasion, like a new house, graduation, or just because.
I love all the colours of this bouquet, especially the dark pink anemones and orange spray roses.  I think ranunculus always looks quirky and adds movement along with the lily grass.  The pink tulips and white, vintage roses create a background so the other flowers are really accentuated.

Week 6, Day 2:

This bouquet is for my friend from Uzerche, France. Uzerche is a rural town, built by the Vézère River and so I wanted the bouquet to emulate the feel of a natural citadel in spring time. The only flower in this bouquet is stock, and the varying shades give it depth.
